I like the product , looks and work very good , very quiet and the movement sensor is nice feature. What was odd is that i added a pump to the order and i received only one unit and not a spare one. Meaning , if i hadn't added the pump i would have received a non-working trash can. Should be more clear in the description ! ! !

Suitable packaging. Nothing to say. The product comes in good condition with the smaller products inside the complete container. Once reading the instructions, it was very easy to understand that it does not require bruto force to handle it and how to assemble it, as well as how to install the sensor. The sensor is bacán, I would say that it detects me from 1,5-2 meters away, the only thing not so good is that although it can be stuck to the container, it easily comes off (but for me this is a smaller detail). I can't say that my animals love it because they don't get used to it yet, but it seems like a very good product to me, at least for the first use. At least I am satisfied with what I bought considering what I expected from this product. No communication was necessary with the seller.
