30-Day Return Guarantee We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened items returned in good condition. That means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return To begin the return process, please contact us at maestermagic@outlook.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges Need something different? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria listed above.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
