I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. The product i received was faulty, and when i contacted your team, i was told that i must return it at my own expense. Unfortunately, the return shipping cost is higher than the value of the product itself.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience for me. I expected better service, and this situation feels unfair and unprofessional. I kindly request that you refund the full amount without requiring me to return the item, or at least cover the return shipping costs.
If this issue is not resolved fairly, i will have no choice but to share my negative experience and review across all platforms, as i feel this is not how customers should be treated.
